Serving ****roaches to Customers

Good Day

On Sunday the 11th of June I visted the SPAR at Flanders Drive in Mount Edgecombe Durban, like I normally do on every other day.

I went by your bakery to order a couple of macarons and a few other items, the lady who served me the macarons handed me my order and when she did I noticed that there was a ****roach inside the box. I informed the lady at the counter and asked her to call her manager. I waited around for a few minutes however no manager pitched up and the lady at the counter seemed not to care that she served me a ****roach in my order.

I called the store later in the day spoke to a Manager on duty however he said that he did not hear about this complaint.

Standards have really dropped at this SPAR - This used be great store situated in an elite area. Service is poor, your customers are treated as a number, you serve customers stale products and now you serving up ****roaches. Disgusting
