I bought 2 pair of spar back to school school shoes in December. Unfortunate 1 pair does not fit my son now so i went to spar workshop in Durban to exchange size they told me they cant since i dobt have a receipt and i did not buy from them. I call spar head office they told me spar is individual owner actually i dont understand that statement since whenever i bought somethingg from spar i just buy from spar not to someone else and the store is not written outside that is owned by someone else. My understanding was that if u buy something from spar regardless where that spar is u can can change it to any spar so i dont knw if they are not changing because they im black or what but im not happy
