service with and attitude

On Friday early evening I was at Spar in Paarl East I was second in line and as the person before me was finishing, I unpack what I bought at the till. The cashier that was helping us was Nicole, I forgot a pack of sugar and just left to get it. As I return my groceries was pushed out of the way and somebody that was not in line was simplily help. It was not that I was not ok with it, it was when I ask the manner in which the cashier together with the customer rep**** unapologetic and with attitude. Her words was ' Ek het nie krag vir die nie' how can a worker reply to a customer in that manner it's unprofessional and rude. The control came to do something at the till ask what's wrong the cashier said I'm arguing and making a big scandal. Not even the control try to defuse the situation which prove to me how unprofessional the business practice of the spar was. The cashier then said ' laat ek maar liewer still bly', my question is who does she think she talking to her friend. I see this as totally unacceptable and insulting to treat a customer with such a level of respect. It's a disgrace that Spar is represented by people like this. I go to this shop quiet often and the lack of professionalism in this shop is pathetic. I not sure if the owner of this store feels no regard for people's loyalty toward his store or he is just interested in money. Where is training and continual maintenance of service in this story. The last time I check that in a customer drive environment service sell. But here I guest attitude is selling. I was highly upset and disappointed, nobody from management intervene which made it even more eye raising. I'm highly disgust and disappointed.
