Service with a smile!

I bought milk at Macy spar & it was abit off so I took it back.. and wow what a pleasant surprise! Gavin is friendly, professional and aims to resolve queries and complaints with a minimal turn around time, keeping us - the customer informed...well done Gavin and thank you!! My parents shop at spar ridgeway gardens and had the same experience with their milk and they threw 4 litres away already, a guy there told them to bring the one back and call the 0800 nr on the box for the other even though they bought it there... They didn't take it back and no longer shop there... I am sooo glad I shop at MY spar and not another spar ...
