Service was very bad

They overcharged me, so they don't want to refund me. It's four months now. I haven't received anything. I even went and explained to a manager, I showed him bank statement as a proof that they have overcharged me, he took pictures of a slip, and of statement to contact their Accounted,so he promised to call me back. I'm still waiting..I want my money back.
