**** service from Malvern Spar

I would like to express my deepest disappointment received from Malvern Spar, I purchased from their store yesterday and I wake up to more purchase made from the store at 3:05 without my consent, when I call the store manager he tells me that I must come to their store with a bank statement showing the purchase, and I asked if I will get any compensation for driving all the way since I stay in soweto and he says he doesn't know but I can call the head office to find out , using my own airtime still the head office number is not going through.. This is just **** service, Spar must take responsibility
