Service from hell

I ordered 8 platters and 5 milktarts. Less than 24hours ɓefore þhe order mùst be ready i was told they have a technical problem. Then i was told i must first proof that i paid. Wow what great service before my dads funeral. I am told im unreasonable. Wow. At least there are many other competing entities. Will never use them or any spar as even thry refused for me to speaK to the owner. So all i can say is great way to treat customers, fantasyic treatment for funerals. Want a nightmare experirnce use Saxby Spar. They lead the market
