Service failure

I personally visited SuperSpar Westville on 18 June 2018 @ 13:50 and placed an order for a picture birthday cake which was emailed to the bakery the same day. However today I received a cake with no picture. Spar bakery has messed up my orders thrice before in the past each time with various issues. I having been using this bakery out of convenience. I find the lack of efficiency and inability to interpret simple instructions appalling.
