**** service!

I order from TOPS Birchgate Spar today at 10:20 and only received my order after 12 only to find it was an incorrect order, at their call center I spoke to a Veronica who did not have any idea to do with my complaint and she claimed that she was transferring my call to the relevant store but ended up transferring my call to a certain butchery in the similar area, as if this was not enough I called the store in question and no body knew how to help me besides Chris, and I would like to extend my gratitude to Chris because in this whole situation he was the most reliable person. Moving forward I received an incorrect order and it was "supposedly rectified but still I am an unsatisfied customer because since 10:30 until 3pm I have been waiting and no one saw it fit to tend to my queries and then BANG! EVENTUALLY my oder arrived only for it to be compromised, wow guys Spar2U is not a convenient shopping app especially Spar Birchgate (four square / Terrunure)I'm honestly disappointed with this service and hope when you attempt it next time you will be ready for dissatisfaction and disappointment!
