Served poisonous food by Protea Heights Spar

On Monday 12 Feb 2024 I bought a 1kg ribs and chips from Spar Protea Heights. By their own admission, the ribs were not placed in a fridge supp**** to the hot foods department, but left out in the sweltering heat of 37 degrees celcius leading to the meat going off. When I returned the untouched food all I was offered was my money back, an apology and o yes the OPTION of taking more bad ribs or refund...The smell was sickening, I would not have even given it to my Jack Russel...I had to drive back there after a long day I had to drive back there 5km's to return THEIR bad food...What I feel would have been the best resolution to the issue is my money back and MAYBE the offer of a pizza rather, or strirfry, or burgers because I had to make the EFFORT and TIME, my resting time to return THEIR bad food to THEM, the experience left us as a family traumatised because of what could have happend HAD we consumed the bad pork.
