Serious Food Safety Concern and Poor Store Management

Extremely disappointed with SPAR Parkview.

I purchased frozen poultry today clearly marked with an expiry date of 21 March 2026. When I opened the package at home, the smell was absolutely disgusting. It was clearly rotten and completely unfit for consumption. This is a serious health concern and shows a lack of proper quality control and food handling. What makes this worse is the general lack of professionalism in the store. The manager appears untidy and is often seen lounging around the store, which is highly unprofessional. Leadership sets the standard, and it’s obvious that proper standards are not being enforced. I strongly believe that health inspectors should conduct a surprise visit because something is clearly not being managed properly. Selling spoiled meat is unacceptable and puts customers at risk. Very poor service and very poor management. I expected much better.
