Selling sour Milk on Special

Spar Highlands Centurion had a special on Douglasdale 2L full cream milk on the 4th for R21.99. Expiry date on the milk indicated as 12 February. Unfortunately all the milk was sour. since I did not keep my receipt I could not go back to exchange.

To me it felt like they knew the cold chain of the milk were not kept and decided to sell it quickly to the public as to not make a loss.

Sorry Highlands Spar, you made a loss as I will never buy from you again. If you treat your customers in this way, without integrity you do not deserve my support.
