Selling rotten things

Spar flora park Polokwane,we my husband bought bananas around 6 pm on the 18th March 2024, morning of 19th March 2024 when I want to eat banana around 7,I realised all 7 banana wher not in good condition,all rotten ,then around 8 I took them in the plastic that has spar tag,like that one when you weigh them and they give you price,when I arrive at spar near us in the morning the supervisor called people who work at fruits and vegetables department and they he said he needs receipt but unfortunately my husband had no receipt, then they called manager and he said those bananas been done by us and and refused to give us new bananas,and all of them inside wher black and owner gain money from us as customers don't care about us as long as they gain money,im very disappointed,i even took pictures from inside those bananas ,they wher watery n black inside.k****tjo from hoog ***..can health department intervene please
