Selling gas anove controlled price

The Spar is selling gas above the controlled price as determined by Govetnment. They ask more than R30 for 9kg gas above the controlled price of R249.30. When confronted the reaction is first it is handling fee, then it is after hours, then this is our price take it or leave it.
