Selcourt spar refuses to give me a refund and their manager Orlando is very rude

I went to purchase soccer tickets at spar selcourt, the transaction declined but the money went out of my account. I was informed that it declined so I paid cash even though I received a notification from the bank. I have been going back and forth with proof from the bank but to date I have not been refunded. The manager Orlando was very rude and not willing to hlp at all instead he chased me out of the store when all I want is my money. Bad service, bad management. I still want my money
