Security treating people with no Dignity

I'm really disappointed with Spar Rosebank security treating my mom and her friend as a *****, The way they embarrassed her was not shocking. The security just stopped her and told they caught them and demanded to search them beacuse they saw them *****ing some items. They removed all items from their bags and strip searched while everyone was looking, and with no dignity. After they didn't find anything, there was no word of apology, shockingly,the store manager didn't even try to intervene. I think Spar should build a parcel counter if they're gonna treat people that way. Im very disappointed because this was not the first time they did this
