Security Madness

<p>Earlier this month l went shopping at the Spar store at the Eastside Mall Secunda. On leaving i decided to go shopping</p> <p>in the Tops Bottle next door. On entering l was confronted by a security person and the manager who refused me entry unless l left my shopping at the door. l told them that as they did not except responsibility for my shopping l would not do that. To prevent a scene l left and shopped eslewhere . L contacted Spar Customer Care and recieved a reply from Janeen Johnson who was full of apologises and promise me a reply within severn working days. Now three weeks and two more e-mails later still no response. This whole experience was embarassing and humiliating and l deserve better treatment than that.</p>
