security assault

the security guards at the bredell spar terrorize patrons by clamping their car tyres because we apparently parked at the wrong place then proceeded to get bribes from other patrons to release their cars..we were told to pay a fine of R200 to release our car we refused..the is no proper signage indicating that that designated place is not to be parked on.. If Monica security continues to terrorize patrons like this then surely the spar will loose a lot of clients..I won't be setting foot at Bredell spar ever again. I encourage bredl to speak to the security company before it will loose more customer
