Screaming rude cadhier

I went to Spar tops in Durban (tops ushaka) what a shocking attitude I recieved the cashier my card declined I asked to transfer more funds So that I can make a purchase the lady at the till screamed at me and said she won't wait for me it's not her problem that I'm broke. I asked for the manager but he never attended to us the aggressive lady went to report first when she came back she started swearing at us throwing her tools around it was so horrible the noise she was making in the store telling me tht she don't because she will never loose her job she didn't have name barge on her and it seemed as if her colleagues where also scared because no one reprimanded her my holiday was ruined and the embarrassing most if front of other customers wow
