Same thing different price

Went to Tops @ the palms centre in boksburg yesterday 2015/10/30 to buy their Richelieu 10 year brandy special @ R199.00<br> <br> Got to the counter, cashier didn't know about the special, started looking for the glass you are suppose to get with it - couldn't find it -asked the manager that came in there and he said they don't have the \promotional item"even though its the exact same thing just without the glass (no fancy gift box with glasses inside etc normal tin just like the advertised item) i said its fine il take it without the glass and he said no i have to pay R240.00 for it and just turned around end of discussion . I bought the same thing a week ago from a different tops and there is absolutely no difference between the 2 .The glass gets added at the counter....<br> <br> Great service guys keep it up"""
