Same Spar different Treatments

I understand that every supermarket have it target people or shoppers. What I don't understand is why the same supermarket in the same town are structured and manage differently. Let me share my experiences with you. If you visit a spar in PMB langalibalele street and the one in corner of boshof street and church street, firstly the staff attitude is at best, security will request a till slip in your exit, there is a smell in veg section and meat section. At the fresh food section you are welcome by green fly or other, as much you can see that there is neatness but not enough if you can see a fly flying around food. Then in a same town you find Spar parklane and the one in Hayfield in pmb they are top of the range Spars it like you are in another world, they so clean, very neat and the staff attitude OMG it top of the range they are so smiling and so professional they like they are born by the same mum. Food section excellent and there is no security who look for the till slip in your exit. These Spars are totally different to each other in the same town. I'm wondering if these Spars are chasing the same goal in different ways. But I use all of these spars and I'm not happy with the treatment I receive in some of these spar.
