Salary dispute

I work at Kwik spar in Woodstock Searle street boulevard as a cashier,I started January on the 13th and I earn R1009,24 which is i don't understand why but they said an hour rate is R24 and I worked 2 late shifts which is starting at 13:h00 am -9H00 pm and 14h00am-8h00pm and the weekend is 7:h00am-6h00 pm

February I worked 2 early shift 9-5 and 7-3 and 2 late shifts And 2 sundays ,2 saturdays I started using their transport which is the they said is R300 -R400 for new staff and old staff will be R230

I asked everyone even the supervisor they ignore me and the driver said he doesn't know he only gets weekly payments

Transport money that was deducted on my salary is R538.46 and I ask the store manager she igmeir my emails and my message on WhatsApp when I ask her in person she tell me about the 100% and doesn't tell me 100% of what amount and I asked many times did not get an answer

What I fail to understand is why other where deducted less than me and where is the R38.46 coming from but is a transport like is a tax and asked them still did not get an answer that was Friday

They said I short with R 618.24 which is still did not get any explanation for that instant they all attack me Rafeeq ,Abu,Nwabisa and Jamilaah threatening me with signing a warning same day.i got R2333.54 for February and still I don't understand where is the R24 hr rate and 8hrs and nightshift allowance and the weekends I feel like I've been ****** whereas ppl who came after me got more salary than mine Their REF make me suspicious Is says REF operat RTC is like I've been deducted for another position or department

I am on treatment I couldn't buy myself and my son food because I had to pay some debts i made in order for me to get to work last month and still don't have food and lunch to eat I'm using my son's child grant to travel to work which is wrong I can't do my child needs. Please help😪😪😪😪😪😪
