Rustenburg Safari Spar and Easypay.

On the 26 May 2020 I paid my municipal bill at Safari spar rustenburg, I used my card to swipe an amount of R1 380. The month of June I was surprised to see my utility bill so high and I enquired with the municipality whereby I was informed that I did not pay end of May. I produced the slips as proof of payment from spar but apparently my money was never paid to the municipality. Spar has failed to resolved my query or to refund me as they say Easypay must resolve the issue as it is their machine. Till to date Spar and Easypay has been sending me from pillar to post. My R1 380.00 is gone.
