rude supervisor - bad service experiance

Poor Experience from super spar florida junction, from a lady that happens to be a supervisor. I was given a serious attitude and absolutely bad service by a lady called Tumi - she is believed to be a supervisor. I was at the store at approximately 13:52 - 13:58 on Sunday 11.11.2018. I took things to the till with the aim of paying. I realised that I will need pain ****ers as I had a bit of headache. The pain ****ers are situated at the smoking kiosk/till area. I then went there to find Tumi standing there and another lady assisting other clients. I this politely asked that she hands me the panado behind her. She simply (rudely) said the other lady will help me (as she was walking pass the panado), all I need was that he takes them and hand them over to me so that I can go back to the que and pay. I kept asking her and she angrily rep**** that she was going for her Lunch. I always use this spar, everyone is so friendly. Tumi must be coached or trained before she contaminates the whole store with her rude behaviour. I felt very disappointed and it even made my head to ache worse. I would like a written apology from the store manager with the corrective measures that has been taken to address such a behaviour
