RUDE SUPER SPAR MANAGER IN WAMLER, MAIN ROAD

I just came from Spar now at 18h19, 27/05/2022 and I had a very bad encounter with the Manager on duty this time. I had trolley full of their groceries, I have been a loyal customer since forever. I once emailed a compliment about the conduct of their staff members that are super nice and inviting. Today, its a different story, I waited for Uber on the side of the silver rails at Spar and the Security officer politely asked me to stand outside the rails in the corner and wait there. But I told him its darker that side I am scared of being ******. He said he is gonna be in trouble if he doesnt remove me there but i was firm that in the corner its dark and I am a female and there are incidences of ******* in that area, I know because I work close from there. The Security officer called the rudest Manager who just told me to move and if I am not happy with that I should go buy somewhere else and he just turned and left. Luckily my Uber arrived when he just left. My problem with this whole scenario is the fact that such Managers become rude to the Security guards and expects them to chase customers after brautiful smiles from the Tellers because we paid and put food in their tables BUT such Managers treat us as nothing and with no interpersonal skills. I was clear to him that he is just an employee there and he is hired to Manage because customers like me choose the store because we are drawn by wonderful tellers and security guards that go an extra mile to assist us. He was so rude and I am so not happy. Something needs to be done. I also work for a human rights organization, I felt if I keep quiet about this as a human rights activist, others without a voice will suffer in silence. Our safety should be the core of the business, inside, before we pop out our cash and outside their premises after we paid.
