Rude store manager Desmond

Thembisa Super spar has the rudest store manager i have ever seen.Actually i have never seen store manager who doesn't give a damn about loosing customers like Desmond. He talks whatever comes in his mind and that is fine with him. I don't see myself in that store ever and i don't see myself recommending it o friends and family. even the way that he attends to customer queries you can see that he judge according to skin color. what happened to me if it was a white person they would have attended the issue with immediate effect.
