rude staff wont make your business grow

1st want to pay electricity they don't know there system.<br> Apparently the lady is a supervisor but dont know how to wrk on the system. <br> <br> 2nd other male supervisor comes.. he cant do it aswell because its cash and card ..<br> <br> 3rd now I put in my pin I put in wrong pin so on machine it says incorrect. .. so when I waited a few seconds now that rude lady want to take the machine I told her wait now she wants to tell me .... While this happen the little laughing noises the 2 supervisor made then I told them laugh make noises ill take this further cheeky enough I got told by them take it further. They refuse to give me there names. I will take it to the news papers aswell service like this is very bad ... why do they open for customers if there staff is so rude ....
