Rude Staff member

Never in my life have I come across such a rude vile man, he says he is the center manager but he has no customer or staff manners. He spoke to a employee in spar branded cloths and a blond older lady on the veranda like they were nothing. Both women left in tears, I wish his boss would just do something, he probably thinks his size is intimidating. Never have I been this discussed.
