Rude staff and Manager Felicia

Spar Mega City has rude staff and managers as well. The cashier left me waiting and went to pea leaving me standing there with no explanation whatsoever. I seeked assistance from her Manger Felicia who was extremely rude to me told me the cashier had to pea and was not obligated to explain to me as customer where she was going. She was screaming at me with her cashier. Cashier was seated in till number 13 according to the receipt on the slip. While assisting me eventually after coming back from the toilet the cashier was talking to her colleague and continued to make me wait. She had the audecity to tell me in my face that I'm dramatic. What kind of business are you guys running. Spar needs to do better. I even have footage on my phone of them both being rude.
