Rude staff

I am standing in a queue to make a purchase of 2 items and there's a customer before and 2 behind. A lady cuts in front of me and I call out for her saying I am in a queue and you just can't get infront of me, she then rudely said "I AM STAFF" (she's not wearing uniform) the cashier helped her and when I brought my items forward and two more staff members were help, one paid for did and did a cash back and the other one who is a supervisor or controller I assume proceeded making two transactions. No explanation or whatsoever....
