Rude spar and horrible service experience

Very unhappy. Today I left half the groceries I was going to buy because of the very rude owner. First he made a scene because one of his staff members managing the amount of people entering the shop during the corona lockdown standing outside in the queue, let in too many people into the shop, so this I understood as because of the lockdown situation. I was standing my distance from my housemate discussing our shopping list and what we need to get and what we wanted to spend, when the owner started yelling at us for standing there and according to him chatting. Obviously he was angry at the situation with the entrance as mentioned above so we left it and just apologised and went on with our shopping. In the next aisle discussing once again checking our list of needs, the owner the resumed to harras us by shouting and making a scene and telling us that we must get on with our shopping and not stand and chat as there are people waiting in a queue outside. First of all the queue outside is not my or my housemates fault and people would expect to stand in a queue during this time. Second of all we where not to blame for the mishap with the staff member at the door and the fact that too many people where let in as we also have a right to buy food that we need and we also waited in the queue and just as any other person have the right to be there. I do not appreciate the way he was hounding us through every aisle when older people where standing around chatting and even removing masks to talk to one another.

I'm unhappy because I left most of the stuff just wanting to get out and away from the situation. Rudest service I've ever experienced from spar as a loyal customer. Will not easily go back there again.
