Rude parcel counter lady

On 08 February 2018 at around 11h20- 11h30 (Tillslip reflects time as 11h30), I received bad attitude from a parcel counter lady ( I did not get her name but am sure SPAR can pick up this on CCTV or rosters ) at Turffontein Kwikspar when I was checking in some plastic bags. She was outright rude and complained that I had too many bags ( I had 3) and she was saying I shouldn't bring bags from other stores to Spar and saying I should buy from Spar next time or do not bring any bags. She was clearly not interested in what she was doing and was intent in making me feel bad for whatever reasons she had. When collecting parcels she was even more rude. I always thought SPAR had good customer service until now. Perhaps, one ought to shop where one will at least be respected.
