Rude packer at Nicks Foods

Yesterday I went to Spar Nicks Foods King Williams Town. When I was in the aisle buying milk (6 in a box), as I was picking the box, 2 boxes almost fell. Tried putting them up in between the other boxes , but couldn't, so I neatly put them on the floor next to the other milk. This guy with dreadlocks working there asked me why didn't I put it back there? I said I tried but couldn't. He said I am MAD or CRAZY. What is so difficult about putting those boxes back. I said I tried, he just kept giving me insults and I also gave back. So I asked him was it a must for me to put it back? He kept saying silly stuff. I don't if these is how Nicks Foods train their stuff?
