Rude Owners

<br> Used my debit card at Spar for R20. Card went through yet the tiller swiped it again. I got 2 messages on the phone from my bank. The owner insists that the bank will monitor my bank account and refund when. When i told him i work in a bank and that is not how it is done, the owner got rude and abusive to me. These guys have absolutely no idea what customer service is. They are rude constantly and see it as a problem if a customer asks them for any help. We will never ever go back to this Spar again.
