RUDE MANAGER (ELIAS) SPAR FERNDALE

<p>I would like to lodge a complaint about a horrible experience I had at SPAR Ferndale last week. I bought a packet of mince about two weeks ago. When I got home the mince was off so I put it back in the freezer and put the slip away thinking I would return it when I can get back from my leave in two weeks’ time. When I tried to explain this to the manager he was very unapproachable and told me that he would not return the mince. He continued to insult me by telling me that I am a **** ( He’s exact words ‘ Maybe if you were honest’). I have never been so humiliated in my life. I asked him what he would have preferred me to do and he said I was supposed to (He’s exact words ‘ass creep’).. . I feel extremely traumatized as I had my two year old daughter with me and was treated as though I was a ********. I am a loyal customer and all I wanted was my money returned or a fresh packet of mince. I don’t even want that anymore, I just really want an apology from that rude man. I don’t know what the consumer protection act says about this but I am going to find out as I was treated with utter disrespect and I would like justice on this matter. Please can Spar Management get back to me regarding this.</p> <p> </p>
