Rude manager at TOPS NAUTICA

We came at the closed shop at 19h40 on Friday, March 7th 2025. The security guard told us that the shop was closed, but the business hours outside indicated that it was suppose to close at 20h00. After a debate with the manager on duty, she let us in with the word to make it quick and that they can only help us if we pay by card. Some other clients also knocked on the door, the manager shouted very rudely at the security guard to tell the people "we are close and this is our f%£@#n time they are wasting now. After a debate, the clients were allowed to come in, but also warned to make it quick. My 2 stars go to the cashier and guard, who had to work with this rude manager.
