rude manager and staff

<p>on the 24/07/2017 I went to super spar in Bloed mall with my friends only to regret why we enterd the store when we went in they didnt inform us that we need to have stickers on some of the items we carried in our bags that they also have in the store as we were walking out they aske dto search my bag of which several other customers were walking out freely of which they were not asked to be searched like they did to me . when they searched my bag they found a lotion hat they also sell in the store then they insinuated that i stole it in the shop sacastically so i felt offended as i did not even walk down the ilse where the hand lotions were placed i asked the security guard to call the manager who sweard at me and called me names of which i cannot even write , he told me that i was using drugs and that i am crazy when the manager came i told him of how his security guard kept insulting us and that why am i being treated as a ***** we condoned what the security guys did which is swearing at us and calling us names and he said that it is protocall to search every cutomer and i raised the point that some customers were not searched before we came out and why am i specifically being searched he just told me that it was my unlucky day and i should not waste his time after they went to view the camars again they confirm that i did not ***** the item and i could go and when i asked for an appology for being accused of theft he rudly said he wont appologise and i could go and report him if I want to. </p>
