rude manager and poor service from Head office

<p>i had visited Spar , Rustenburg Square and i went to the manager , before i even said a word .he raised his hand and said ' i am busy ' and as a customer i felt humialiated . i then called and emailed Headoffice and they said i should expect a response in 7 working days ... i waited as a week went by and emailed them again , Mrs Johson then apologised and said i should wait a week , so this time i waited 2 weeks , and still no response .</p> <p>i though the treatment from Spar was appalling but I did not expect such from the headoffice and clearly spar only cares about profits and not us , the consumers </p>
