Rude manager and poor customer service

For the 2nd time I complained about the service at spar knowels to the manager. The 1st manager did intervene and sort out the problem. Today the other manager told me there’s no need to complain I must complain on Hellopeter about the service. He was very rude that indian guy protecting the indian lady who was at fault
