Rude Manager

<p>I visited the SuperSpar in Glen acres shopping centre this mroning, where I do ALL my daily and monthly grocery shopping. I went in to purchase an item and by the product was a printed page that advertised the item was on special, when I got to the till, the price that was rung up was much higher so I asked the Teller - why? She went to ask the manager (His name is Mani) who was standing by the Kiosk, and he advised the special had ended yesterday, I then asked the Teller if I could speak to the manager (Who was still in my sight) and when she came back, he just looked in my direction and didnt come, even after I pushed the button that Spar has, to request a Manager (What is the point of these, if the Manger still wont assist???)</p> <p>Another lady advised that they are short staffed on a sunday, thats why they did not remove the specias off the shelf, which this should not be a customers issue.</p> <p>The reason for this complaint, is because I was so shocked how the manager had acted and blunty just ignored the customers request to speak to him. Please advised why Spar has put the "Request for a manager" button by every else and till if they still dont even wasnt to talk to a customer. Mani should not be a manager then, as now I dont even want to support Spar after how Rude he was.</p>
