Rude manager

Hi im a regular at lakeside spar in richardsbay but today was just the last i could take of the poor and rude management.i bought a packet of cigarettes (was pietermans gold) when i opened it it was miffed so i turned around and went back,the manager came ask me whats wrong so i explained he asked me for the slip and i said its right there in your dustbin so he took a photo and then started writing at text,i asked him to please exchange it so i can go and hes words to me was i cant just exchange i ask to please hurry cos i need to go and he told me in a very rude way to wait cos he is busy now and i told him to please hurry up and he just stand and said we must wait for an answer i told him to keep the money and the cigarettes cos you are so **** rude.he is the manager and cant even make a call or decision about the miffed cigarettes he is so **** rude and have no customer relationship.if someone could help that would much be appreciated. Thank you
