Rude cashier Zama

So yesterday I visited Secunda Superspar with an intent to withdraw my SBSA instant money & also to buy a few things that I needed. I went to Zama . This cashier was very rude thou she thought she was being diplomatic in her tone it was evident that I hit a nerve when I accidently entered my pin incorrectly. Even when I tried being modest about the whole thing it just went on telling me how she could not be upset with me withdrawing my R200 and that she had told me to punch the pin twice prior to to pressing enter. He body language and tone was way out of line. As someone who is in the customer service field I do not take light of such behaviors(they are not acceptable), no customer of any service provider should be spoken to in such a manner no matter how much the cashier thinks she knows, patience is key not everyone is fami**** with all these digital changes.
