Rude Cashier/************* Manager

<p>On the 15th Oct, I went to Spar and i was helped by a rude customer named Lucky. I used a card to pay, i was not aware i had to operate the speed point by myself as im used to cashiers doing it all the time.</p> <p> </p> <p>So she instructed me to press either cheque or savings option on the speedpoint, i pressed it about 5 times and it didnt not respond. i told her, and she rudely said "you have to press like this" and when she pressed it responded obviously because she was used to it. She was very impatient.</p> <p> </p> <p>She made feel like an idiot in front of other customers and i nicely asked why she was rude, she denied it. Even when i asked if she had 5 mtn and 12 voda airtime her reply was " mmm" instead of "yes".</p> <p> </p> <p>I went to the Manager, Melanie, who apologised on her behalf, she did explain that customers have to operate the speed point now . She then took down my number and said that she would deal with the issue and give me a call back.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today is the 21st of Oct, Melanie has not gotten back to me. Which has led me to believe that she did not speak to tbe cashier. I feel like Melanie was like "another one of those" after i left the store. Very ************* manager.</p>
