Rude Cashier . No manners

I had such a bad experience with a cashier called Lebogang at Retail Crossing Spar , she was rude to the core , made me feel so small without any provocation. I had found the till with no customer as I waited to be served she tell me to move back cos that lady was there before me , to her suprised the lady in question said I should go first as I found the hill with no one . Lebogang should learn to treat all customers with utmost respect as she’s the face of the company. Being rude to clients that put food in your month is never brave . Customer service is vital in any industry especially in retail . I doubt she owns the shop cos she didn’t seem to care about customer service . It’s not about a pay check but passion . She needs to learn a thing or two ( 12/12/2021 till 006 cashier 85 . Time 10:54
