Rude Cashier

A cashier called Nombuso from Spar Saint Goerges was very rude after she made a mistake and gave me the wrong airtime. I had bought 60rand mtn airtime and she handed me cell c. When I notified her of error she then said no refund I should have made sure which was confusing because she was the one on the other side of till and her supervisor (Zoama) wasn't helpful either she told me its policy that airtime has no refund and I must wait till somebody comes to buy cell c then they can give me an exchange I had to leave with 60rand of useless airtime.
