Rude Cashier

I couldn't find SuperSar Saveways on this list.

On the 23/05/25 I recieved disgusting service from a cashier named THANDEKA cashier 83 on Till 013. After ringing up all my items and entering the Spar Rewards number my total was a bit higher than anticipated, as soon as I requested that we cancel some items she gave out a huge "yooohweeehh" which alerted the two till Packers who were by her till. They then asked what was wrong and she said in a very undermining tone "they want to cancel some of the items" to which the two Packers said that is not pos6aince the Spar Rewards number has been entered. She proceeded to press the screen saying "you see nothing can happen now" at this stage was frustrated, by the condescending tone she had, most especially that first remark of hers. I then said let's cancel everything and start from scratch, she looked at me with disapproval. I then said no it's fine I'll pay the full amount it's not like I don't have the money, I just did not want to spend more than a certain amount. Before leaving I told her that this is no way to treat a customer and she tried to defend herself which showed no remorse for her actions.

Also, as a person who works in retail I know the unreasonable demands that customers make but never have I reacted in the way she did. You never show blatant disapproval to a customer. I worked as a cashier and I can say I have never treated a customer they she treated me.
