Rude Cashier

The store is disorganised when one is in a crisis, and in need of management staff members. Management/Supervisors tend to defend their rude cashiers. When you call and complain about the rude cashier/s,the manager is never available.

The supervisor tells you to complain on Whatsapp, then no one attends to your issue on Whatsapp. They just ignore you. The cashiers treat customers as if they are doing them a favour, customers spend their hard earned money in retail stores. They do not deserve to be ill-treated by cashier's.

One of the most disrespectful cashier is N.Mnguni, till number:004, cashier number:105. I am not going to spend my money at Spar Umlazi Megacity again.

South Africans in general are fed up with rude cashier's.
