Rude cashier

The cashier refused to unpack my basket and told me I don't know what I'm talking about when I informed her it's her job to unpack the basket. <br> <br> I was passed from pillar to post while demanding to speak to the manager of the store. <br> <br> I was passed to whom I think was the butchery manager, a tall, big and bald Coloured gentleman, who took my details and hasn't made good on his promise to get back to me with what Spar is going to do for me, about the poor service I experienced.<br> <br> This took place on Monday 4th May.
