Rude,Arrogant and terrible Attitude

She never greets her customer,yet she had an audacity to tell me that she does'nt Take trash,silly,stupid or invaluable item's at the parcel counter. The worst part I'm a customer who wishes to do her grocery at Spar yet,if I leave my parcel at the counter I'm told its stupid items/parcel. Why be in retail if your not passionate about service? What Is Spar's vision,values and purpose if their staff has the total opposite! I went inside the store and asked for a manager.I spoke to. Him and laid my complaint,whe he called her,what amazed me was that she was still rude infront of me as a customer as well as her senior. She lacks descipline,has no morals and a stinking attitude! She didn't even apologize her manager had to apologize on her behalf. That's the kind of servece we get when we go to black malls,with black staff and black management. I'm black too but I was highly disgusted by the way the girl at the parcel counter spoke to me and my mom.
