Rude and unprofessional manager

I had a bad experience at Southernwood Super spar today I bought a sausage, when I get home I quickly notice that there is cheese within it,, then I took it back to store to ask for a refund explaining that I didn't notice that there is cheese.

A rude, unprofessional manager told me I have got eyes, I supposed to read it before taking it,, they do not do cash refunds

I asked her if they are not supposed to have a written policy for customers stating that they do not do cash refunds? She said she's telling me moss what else do I want.

I am very disappointed by Southernwood SuperSpar east London
